How it works

  1. You ask. Name and email are optional. If you leave them, we reply to you directly.
  2. We route it. Your question goes to someone on the TNBA Expert Panel who deals with that subject for a living, or we research it against the law and official guidance and show you the source.
  3. You get an answer. If it is useful to others, we publish it here without your name or salon, so the next person does not have to ask.
  4. If nobody can answer it properly, we say so, and we go to the regulator or the council to get one.
